THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY I.T.T.A.M.P.No.19 of 2016 IN/AND I.T.T.A.No.195 of 2015 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri J.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant, submits I.T.T.A.M.P.No.19 of 2016 is filed seeking permission to withdraw the main appeal as the tax effect involved in this matter is below the monetary limits prescribed by the Central Board of Direct Taxes, vide Circular No.21 of 2015, dated 10.12.2015.

Permission is accorded. I.T.T.A.M.P.No.19 of 2016 is disposed of accordingly.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
