This petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 11.08.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.1038 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Kakinada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
