Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 03.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Saroornagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that Crime No.133 of 2018 on the file of Saroornagar Police Station has been registered against respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein for the offences under Sections 420 and 506 I.P.C. on the complaint of the petitioner herein. 3.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
