This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.201 of 2018 of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet on 05.06.2018, therefore, the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
