HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.185 of 2005 ORDER: (Per Justice R. Subhash Reddy) During the course of hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that, during the pendency of the appeal, parties have settled their disputes and are living together. At the same time, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that, in spite of his efforts, he could not obtain further instructions as the matter relates to the year 2005. In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the respondent that parties are living together, as recorded in the docket order dated 04.02.2015, we set aside the order and decree passed in O.P.11 of 2000 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Gudivada. Consequently, the said O.P., stands dismissed and the marital tie between the appellant and the respondent stands restored. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is allowed to the extent indicated above. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications if any pending in the C.M.A., stand closed.
