Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and before ordering notice to the unofficial respondent Nos.6 & 7 and perused the material on record. As the notification is dated 21.03.2017 and no award so far passed, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make fresh representations, if necessary also by registered post with necessary documents and the respondents shall consider the representations and dispose of before passing any award and any further grievance of the petitioners is left open. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
