THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6860 OF 2018 O R D E R :

Petitioners have field this Writ Petition assailing the inaction of the respondents in considering their cases for appointment as Lab Technicians(petitioners 1 and 2) and as ANM(3rd petitioner) though certain representations have been given by the petitioners to the District Medical & Health Officer of their respective districts, which they allege to have not been considered.

The Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for respondents states that if the petitioners make individual representations to the concerned District Medical Officers, the same will be considered by the said District Medical Officers within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of such representations.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make individual representations to the concerned District Medical Officers and within eight (08) weeks there from the concerned District Medical Officers shall dispose of the said representations and communicate their decision to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
