THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.8280 of 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal against the suspension orders.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as sought for. It is needless to say, if the petitioner files an appeal, the appellate authority shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
