When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for petitioners that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.10865 of 2017, dated 28.03.2017, and submits that this Writ Petition may also be disposed of in similar lines. 3.

In view of the said submission, following the decision of this Court in W.P.No.10865 of 2017, dated 28.03.2017, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said order. Office to annex a copy of the said order. No order as to costs. 4.
