When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 22.04.2019, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondents has not disputed the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
