Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the 2nd respondent. 2.

Inasmuch as this writ petition is filed questioning non-consideration of the revision petition filed by the petitioner by the 2nd respondent, and now it is stated that the said revision has been disposed of by the 2nd respondent, permission is hereby accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdraw with liberty to the petitioner to question the order passed by the 2nd respondent, if so advised. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
