THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.619 OF 2019 ORDER:

It is stated by counsel on both sides that the order dated 08.11.2018, which is under challenge in this Contempt Case, has since been complied with.

Hence, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceeding dated 10.12.2018, issued by the respondent in a separate proceeding, if the petitioner is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
