HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.5612 of 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, seeking to regularize and absorb the petitioner in any of the Last Grade services either in the cadre of Attender or Watchman with effect from the day on which the petitioner has completed five years of service.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has filed O.A.No.6005 of 2015 before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal and the Tribunal, vide orders dated 28.03.2017, had directed the respondents herein to extend the benefit of minimum time scale of pay attached to the post of Attender-cumSweeper. Since the petitioner had filed a case before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, seeking somewhat similar relief and the said O.A. filed by the petitioner was disposed of and the petitioner was granted relief in pursuance to the orders passed by the Administrative Tribunal vide orders dated 26.09.2018, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

It is needless to say that if the services of petitioner are not regularized and if the petitioner is not extended the minimum time scale of pay, it is always open to the petitioner to pursue her remedies in accordance with law. With these observations, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
