In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in Cr. No. 113 of 2013 of Moghalpura Police Station, Hyderabad arising out of the offences under Sections 154 and 157 Cr.P.C. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a letter, dated 22.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Moghalpura Police Station, Hyderabad City, and submitted that the case has been referred as "Lack of Evidence " on 22.08.2014 and a final report is filed before VIII A.C.M.M. Nampally.

No representation for learned counsel for petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
