J ORDER:
It is stated by the learned Counsel for tl\e petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court granted interim order in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.564O of 2O2O, dated 13.03.2020. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the order, dated 13.03.2020, passed in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.5640 of 2020, and also considering the fact that the notillcation dated 25.09.2013 issued by the District Collector was found to be defective by this Court in W.P.No.19069 of 2014, dated 25.08.2014, there shall be an interim direction to the Sub-Registrar, Quthbullapur, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, to process the document presented by the petitioner, if the document is otherwise in order. However, it is made clear that the said registration is only a provisional one and the same is subject to the final result of this writ l
petition. The petitioner shall not claim any equities in the event the present writ petition is dismissed.
