HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA: HYDERABAD MAIN CASE No: CRP No.1086 of 2024 PROCEEDING SHEET 02.04.2026 NNR,J Heard Sri P.Raja Sripathi Rao, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Rahul Kandharkar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.R Koteswera Rao, learned Senior Standing Counsel for Cantonment appearing for respondent No.2.

Learned Senior Counsel for Cantonment Board reported that they have already complied the judgment of this Court and also placed certain photographs. Per contra, as per the petitioner, who contended that the same is not in compliance in the letter and spirit of the judgment passed by this Court in CCCA No.23 of 2020, dated 24.11.2025 and it is also brought to the notice of this Court that the SLP(C) No.38224 of 2025 and also review petition was ended in dismissal.

Service of notice on respondent No.1 is not yet received.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Cantonment Board contended that he would placed entire material to show that

they have complied the judgment of this Court in letter and spirit.

This Court expect that the respondents shall filed the compliance report by way of affidavit and placed all the relevant material paper by the next date of hearing, failing which, this Court will be constrained to take further steps.
