. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing for respondent Nos. L to 4. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. 2.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not providing electrical service connection/meter in respect of Plot No.166/part, admeasuring 250 sq.yds., in Survey No.1O07 situated at Kukatpally Revenue Village, Balanagar Mandal, MedchalMalkajgiri District. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that though tJle petitioner has submitted an application to the respondents along with necessary documents for providing electricity service connection to the subject plot, the respondents are refusing to receive the same. The learned counsel has also stated. that in similar circumstances, this Court has passed orders in W.P.No.I0869 of 2O2O, dated { { 2r.o7 .2020.

Sri R. Vinod Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that if the petitioner files an application afresh, the same would be processed and necessary orders would be passed and the same would be intimated to the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with a direction to the petitioner to file an application afresh for providing electricity service connection to the subject plot within a period of one
(01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the respondents shall receive and process the same and pass necessary orders thereon in accordance with the prescribed procedure and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of four (O4) weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
