HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.No.7271 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioner-Accused to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.134 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chaderghat, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354 and 384 of I.P.C. on the report of the 1st respondentdefacto-complainant.

2. Pending disposal of the criminal petition, the defacto-complainant himself and for the two victims/respondents 2 and 3 filed petitions in Crl.P.M.P.No.7192 and 7193 of 2015 seeking the Court to permit them to compound the offences with the accused and today both the parties present before this Court and stated that they have settled all the disputes between them amicably outside the Court with the intervention of the elders.

3. By virtue of the compromise between the parties and as they want to purchase peace the above petitions are allowed permitting to compound the offences in the interest of justice.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings in Cr.No.134 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chaderghat, Hyderabad,, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
