THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7654 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in proceeding with the investigation of FIR No.28 of 2017 without following due process of law. Since the investigation is under progress, this Court cannot interfere with the process of investigation, except observing that the Police shall follow due process of law, including Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, while investigating the crime.
