The writ petition against the first respondent stands dismissed in pursuant to order passed by this Court dated 04.11.2013 and same is given effect to.

Since the petitioner cannot get any relief as the Award challenged in this writ petition is in favour of the 1st respondent, against whom the writ petition is dismissed for default, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stands dismissed.
