This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ 3rd defendant, assailing the order, dated 16.04.2014, of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Tirupati, passed in I.A.No.421 of 2012 in O.S.No.77 of 2006.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ 3rd defendant is present. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the trial Court dismissed the suit without costs on 03.02.2016. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 3 .
