This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M Rathan Singh, Advocate for the Petitioner and the public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and None appeared for the Respondent No.2. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 4g2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I9Z3 (for short .Cr.p.C.J by the petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.2 to 5, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.77 ol 2024 on the file of Nalgonda II Town police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417,42o, 376(21(nl,506, 109 of IpC and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (POA)Act.

Heard Sri M. Ratar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S. Ganesh, learned Assistant public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 - State.

As seen from the record, the alleged offence under Section 376(21(n) of IPC is only against accused No. l. Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioners to appear before the Investigating Officer on or before Og.O4.2024 between 1l:O0 a.m. and O5:O0 p.m. and in turn, the Investigating Oflicer is directed to follow the procedure laid down under Section 41_A Cr.P.C. and also the guidelines formulated by the Hon,ble

Supreme Court of India in An:resh Kumar a. State of Bihart scrupulously. However, the petitioners shall co_operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required by furnishing information and the petitioners shall produce all relevant documents/material required for the purpose of the investigation and the Investigating officer shall consider the same before liling appropriate report before the learned Magistrate concerned. Further, if the petitioners are not cooperating with the investigation, the Investigating Oflicer is at liberty to take action in accordance with the law.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
