O R D E R

As per the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the father of the petitioner Krupavaram, E. No.358543, worked as Conductor in the respondent - Corporation and died while in service. The case of the petitioner is that he is eligible for appointment on compassionate grounds. Therefore, he made a representation dated 1.8.2017 to consider his case for appointment on compassionate grounds under the Bread Winner Scheme under Notification Nos.P.D.-03/2014 dated 1.3.2014 and P.D02/2015 dated 10.02.2015. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering his representation dated 1.8.2017, the present writ petition came to be filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 1.08.2017 in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
