The statements are placed on record. Writ petitions are, accordingly, disposed of in terms of common order of this Court dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.Nos.18779 of 2014 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any in these writ petitions, stand closed.
