THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5682 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed, by the petitioner/accused No.3, under Section 438(5) read with 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to extend the time granted in the order dated 16.02.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.221 of 2017 in Crime No.1 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kurnool.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a petition for extension of time before the concerned Court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
