O R D E R
The case of the petitioner is that the unofficial respondents 6 to 8 have illegally demolished her compound wall in the subject land, and though she made written complaints on 08.04.2019, 10.04.2019 and 16.04.2019 to official respondents 4 and 5, no action has been taken, and hence she filed the present writ petition.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and it was found to be of civil in nature and therefore, she was advised to approach the competent civil court for redressal of her grievance.
Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
