The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, vide letter dated 04.09.2018. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed and the interim direction granted by this Court on 18.07.2016, stands vacated.
