THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No. 9610 of 2021 ORDER:

Sri S. Ram Mohan, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that the 3rd respondent has received a complaint from the 4th respondent on 30.03.2021. He further submits that since it is a matrimonial dispute, the 3rd respondent is conducting counseling. Except that, they have never threatened the petitioner herein and they never insisted the petitioner to settle the matter with the 4th respondent.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner herein to take steps in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
