In this Writ Petition, petitioner complains the inaction of respondent No.1 in executing non-bailable warrant issued by the learned II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in Criminal Appeal No.532 of 2013, against Accused No.2, namely, Sunil Kumar, S/o late Mohan Lal, R/o Flat No.402, Damayanthi Enclave, Bharakatpura, Hyderabad.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents, on instructions, would submit that Criminal Appeal No.532 of 2013 itself was disposed of by the learned II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, vide judgment dated 23.11.2015.

Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
