THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13562 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by A.5 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.61 of 2010 pending on the file of XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

All the contentions now raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner are the factual aspects which have to be decided by the trial Court after the trial. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the filing of the charge sheet, he is at liberty to file discharge application.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
