This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the auction notice dated 09.03.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent vide File no.4/SAPSD/2015, with regard to land admeasuring Ac.10.13 gts. in Sy.No.2 of Nagulapalli village, Parigi Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. The case of the petitioner is that he is a landless poor person and also is a lessee of land admeasuring Ac.10.13 gts. in Sy.No.2 of Nagulapalli Villae, Parigi Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, belonging to the 3rd respondent-temple. While so, when he made an application on 04.08.2003, for declaring him as landless poor person, for conferring the benefits, the respondents without passing any orders on the same are going ahead with the auction of the land in question. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments produced proceedings dated 28.05.2004 issued by the 2nd respondent, wherein the application submitted by the petitioner for declaring him as landless poor is rejected.
Heard Sri Ch.Satish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3.
In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps for challenging the proceedings dated 28.05.2004 issued by the 2nd respondent in accordance with law.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
