Praying to vacate the interim order, dated 30.01.2017, respondentCorporation filed W.V.M.P.No.824 of 2017 on 21.02.2017. While vacate petition is pending, this Contempt Case is filed. 3.

When vacate petition was listed, both counsel agreed for taking up the Writ Petition for hearing. Accordingly, Writ Petition was heard, and by separate order, Writ Petition is disposed of.
