Learned counsel for petitioners submits that due to mistake of his office clerk, material papers to be filed in WP.No.9603 of 2021 are filed in WP.No.9640 of 2021 and documents which are required to be filed in WP.No.9640 of 2021 are filed in W.P.No.9603 of 2021. Therefore, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petitions and file fresh writ petitions.

Having regard to the statement of learned counsel for petitioners, writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
