This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioneraccused No.3 to quash the proceedings against him in S.C.Spl.No.39 of 2019 pending on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Warangal, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4, 306 and 304-8 of Indian Penal Code, Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 3(2Xv) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989. I \ I
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

Since the crime is of the year 2pt7 and the case is of the year 2019, without going into the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Warangal, to dispose of the above case as expeditiously as possible within a period of six (06) months, in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of a cooy of this order. d...

Fufther, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the concerned Court. In the event of such application being made, if the charges are not framed, the Court concerned shall dispose it off on merits, within a peri<;d of four weeks from the date of filing, after hearing arguments on both sides.

With the above observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
