HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1728 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed.

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in FIR for the charges under Section 498-A IPC and other allied offences, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings.

However, the Police of Devanakonda Police Station, Kurnool District, are directed not to arrest petitioners/A1, A3 & A4 during the course of investigation. Petitioners/A1, A3 & A4 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
