This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the orders of reversion from the post of Welfare Assistant to the post of Helper (NonTechnical) vide proceedings dated 15.5.2004. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of admission, on 28.6.2004, this Court was pleased to grant interim suspension with regard to reversion of the petitioner for a period of four weeks and contends that thereafter the said interim order was not extended and seeks that appropriate orders be passed permitting the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents to continue him as Welfare Assistant and an appropriate direction be issued to the respondents to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders.

This Court, having considered the rival submissions of the parties, is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents seeking redressal of his grievance if any, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter. 4.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
