This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: ".....to issue any writ order or direction particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring that the petition is entitled for ex-gratia amount as per the G.O.Ms.No.16 Public Enterprises (PE-III) Department, dat.22-3-2001 of the government of A.P., Hyderabad and also for setting aside the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide Rc.No.A3/2584/06, dt.8-8-2007 as illegal, arbitrary, void, bad in law, violative of Art.14 of the Constitution of India, A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim order dated 02.09.2008 passed in W.P.M.P.No.6121 of 2008, the relief which has been sought by the petitioner i.e., payment of exgratia amount and other benefits were settled by the respondents, and as such no further orders are required to be made in this Writ Petition.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
