ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not granting affiliation to petitioner No.2-institution for conducing Bachelor of Physiotherapy course for the academic year 2011-12 as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Dr.N.T.R. University of Health Sciences submitted that after the filing of this Writ Petition, the respondent-University has granted affiliation to petitioner No.2-institution.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition,
