SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.2587 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A6 and A7, in Crime No.67 of 2017 on the file of Eleswaram Police Station, Ongole, Prakasam District. The offences alleged are under Section 34(a) of the A.P.Excise Act, 1968.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The case of the prosecution is that A4 and A5, who procured Ganza to A1 to A3, have in fact procured the Ganza from these petitioners.

Hence, considering the nature of allegations, this court opines that this is a not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. 5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering themselves before the court below having the jurisdiction.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
