When the matter came up for hearing on 21.03.2025, there was no representation by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the matter was directed to be posted to 02.04.2025 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the petitioner though the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Considering that the review applications were of the year 2022 and the order was passed by this Court on 20.12.2021 and as it was earlier reported that there was an understanding between the parties, that the amount deposited before the Court shall be given to the plaintiff, it is considered fit to dismiss these applications for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the review applications are dismissed for non-prosecution.
