It is the case of the petitioner that respondent No.2 is not taking any action on the representation submitted by him on 20-03-2019 against respondents 3 and 4. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. It is stated by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that respondent-police have not received any complaint dated 20-03-2019, but complaint was received on 07-05-2019 by them and basing on the same, a case was registered in Cr.No.384 of 2019 and after issuing notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. to the accused person and after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad on 10-06-2019. It is stated that no complaint said to have been made on 20-03-2019 is received by the respondent-police. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of.
