When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments, the subject cause in this writ petition becomes infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication and an endorsement is made to that effect.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
