Heard party-in-person and Sri A.K.Jaya Prakash Rao, Standing Counsel for respondents.

Petitioner was working as Vocal Artist Grade-I in Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad Adilabad Center, constituted under the Endowments Act by the respondents.

Though the petitioner was initially convicted in a dowry harassment case filed by his wife, the Revision preferred by him was allowed by this Court on 26.04.2017 in Crl.R.C.NO.247 of 2013.

However, prior there to, on 12.10.2016 basing on the conviction of the petitioner in the Criminal Court and also a minor charge of unauthorized absence, punishment of dismissal from service was imposed on him.

Petitioner, however, submitted a representation to the 1st respondent on 09.05.2017 seeking his reinstatement into service on the ground that he had succeeded in the criminal Revision. 6.
Sri A.K.Jaya Prakash Rao, Standing Counsel for respondents states that the petitioner ought to prefer an appeal to the Board of the TTD/Specified Authority of the TTD, and if such
an appeal is filed, the same will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit an appeal to the Board of the TTD/Specified Authority of the TTD within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and on receipt of such appeal, the Board of the TTD/Specified Authority of the TTD shall dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two (02) months from the date of filing of the said appeal. There shall be no order as to costs. 8.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
