HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.15882 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.876 of 2013 of Rajendranagar P.S, which was registered against them for the offences under Sec.447, 379 and 380 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dt:17.07.2015 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Rajendranagar P.S, Ranga Reddy District and submitted that the case has been referred as "False" as per the proceedings of A.C.P, Rajendranagar Division and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
