This petition is filed, under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A1, A3 and A4, in Cr.No.3 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad City. The offences alleged are under Sections 406, 420, 419, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The case of the prosecution is that A1 got executed a document, as if it was executed by one Upender Reddy, who is no other than his brother and A3 and A4, who are the witnesses, are none other than the relatives of the said Upender Reddy. Hence, they are expected to know about the identity of the person executing the document. 4.

Hence, going by the allegations, as above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The criminal petition is dismissed.
