ORDER:
Feeling aggrieved by the alleged inaction of respondent No.2 in concluding the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner, who is claimed to be working as
Field Assistant of Mahmadapuram Gram Panchayat, Varikuntapadu Mandal, Nellore District, this writ petition is filed.
At the hearing, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme appearing for respondent No.2, placed before the Court proceedings in Rc.No.A7/403/HRL/2013, dated 12.08.2014, of respondent No.2, whereunder she has terminated the services of the petitioner.
Sri L.J.Veera Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that neither an enquiry was held nor the purported termination order was served on the petitioner. He has, however, requested for liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the said order of termination.
In the light of the above facts, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.45542 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
