When the matter had come up on 30.9.2016, none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on its behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on its behalf. Therefore, the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting its case. It is also evident from the record that the writ petition was dismissed for default on 30.12.2010 against respondent No.1, who is the contesting respondent.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
