THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.6855 OF 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.
2.
When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 07.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Rajampet, YSR Kadapa District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "It is submitted that the respondents 3 & 4 have never interfered with the life and liberty of the petitioner by pressurizing her to pay sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees thirty lakhs) at the instance of the respondents No.6 to 8, nor threatened to implicate the petitioner and her daughter in false case, as alleged in the writ petition. In fact, the petitioner herself has approached the Superintendent of Police, Kadapa, and filed a representation/complaint dt.26.02.2018, in Central Complaint Cell, Dist.Police Office, Kadapa.
Thereupon, the same was forwarded to the SDPO, Rajampet by the Superintendent of Police, Kadapa vide CCC No.770/2018, dt.26.02.2018, for the purpose of enquiry. Pursuant to the same, the SDPO, Rajampet called the petitioner herein and the respondents 6 to 8 herein to his office for the purpose of enquiry on 27.02.2018 and conducted necessary enquiry on her petition dt.26.02.2018, wherein it was disclosed that there are financial disputes of civil in nature between the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 8 herein. Accordingly, the enquiry officer, i.e. the SDPO, Rajampet, advised both the parties, i.e. the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 8 herein to seek redressal of the grievance before the competent civil Court.
It is submitted that since the SDPO, Rajampet, has refrained from interfering in the civil disputes of the petitioner with the respondents 6 to 8, the petitioner filed the present writ petition against the respondent police authorities, with all false, baseless allegations against them, which are hereby specifically denied.
It is reiterated that the respondents 3 & 4 have never interfered with the life and liberty of the petitioner by pressurizing her to pay sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees thirty lakhs) at the instance of the respondents No.6 to 8, nor threatened to implicate the petitioner and her daughter in false case. All these and such other false, baseless allegations and the same are concocted only for the sake of filing this writ petition and the same hereby specifically denied."
3.
On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and to dispose of the writ petition.
4.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 07.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Rajampet, YSR Kadapa District. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
