THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6897 of 2018 O R D E R :

The petitioner is employed on contract basis as Multipurpose Health Assistant and questioned the order dated 22-12-2017 passed by the 2nd respondent terminating his services with effect from 17-11-2017 on the ground that he has been arrested by police authorities. It has been held by Full Bench of this Court in order dated 31-07-2014 in WP.No.19391 of 2010 and Batch that A.P.Administrative Tribunal alone has jurisdiction to deal with the matters pertaining to contractual appointments and not this Court.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the said Tribunal, this writ petition is dismissed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
