Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Municipality; and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

The petitioner contends that he made representation dated 24.8.2016 for assessment of the property tax in respect of H.No.1-1212, Madhapur, Sherlingampalli Mandal, Cyberahad, Hyderabad, but respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not taking any action thereon. 3.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, states that respondent No.2 will consider the petitioner's application, referred to above within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's application referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
